Our Story
Tumico is a CNC machining company established in 2023, focused on precision turning and subcontract production. Although Tumico is a young company, our background includes decades of experience in machining and metal fabrication. Our mission is to continually invest in modern equipment and automation to produce consistent and repeatable results.
What we do
We specialize in small to medium batch machining, delivering reliable production solutions for a wide range of components. Our main priority is quality—every part we produce meets specified tolerances and is finished to a high visual standard.
To provide a complete solution, Tumico also offers access to trusted third-party services, including heat treatment for steel and aluminium, as well as various surface treatments and plating. We work with some of the most experienced partners in the region to ensure consistent and dependable results.
Milling
In addition to turning, we provide versatile milling services for a wide range of components. Our vertical milling machines support workpieces up to 3,000 x 800 mm with additional add-ons providing 4th and 5th axis machining on our vertical mills while our horizontal machining centers feature 500 mm and 630 pallets with an automatic 18-pallet changer for lights-out production.
All milling operations are performed using 50-taper tooling, ensuring maximum rigidity and stability—especially important for demanding materials and high-precision requirements.
CNC Turning
We offer CNC turning services for components ranging from Ø10 mm up to Ø550 mm, with lengths up to 2 meters. Our turning capability covers both small and medium batch production, ensuring flexibility for prototyping as well as ongoing serial work.
Equipped with automated solutions such as a cobot-assisted loading system and bar feeder, we achieve consistent quality and efficient production cycles. All our lathes are rigid boxway machines, allowing us to confidently machine even the toughest materials while maintaining accuracy and surface finish.
CAD
We provide 3D modelling and technical drawing services for smaller projects using Autodesk Fusion. We create accurate, production-ready models and detailed drawings that support the full workflow from prototyping to serial manufacturing, with a focus on manufacturability, tolerancing, and efficient machining processes.
